Leadership Is Influence.

Hi, my name is Joe Bucci. My story is pretty simple: Christ follower, Erin’s husband, growing leader. I love systems and the people within them, and that has driven me to build better ones. Leadership is influence, and we all have it. The question is: what are you doing with yours?

The posts you read here are the result of many late night (and some early morning) conversations I’ve had with other leaders trying to grow. I’ll be the first to tell you that I don’t have it all figured out, but I’m also eager to share what I have. I love to teach as much as I love to learn, and most thoughts I have will wind up here.
